Who we are
First Pencil Press works as a parent company. Every idea gets its own brand, with its own look, voice and audience, while the press takes care of writing, design and publishing behind the scenes.
Our work ranges from colouring books for young children to printable mystery games for adults. What connects it all is careful research and products that are a pleasure to hold, read and play.
What we do
Publish our own titles
We write, design and publish books and printables in print and digital formats.
Build focused brands
Each brand serves one audience and one kind of product, so it can do that one thing really well.
Work with writers
We’re preparing to publish new writers. Our submissions page opens soon.
